Welcome to the Happy Joy Studio Testing Team!

First, thank you for volunteering your time to help test this project. Every bug you discover, suggestion you make, and bit of feedback you provide helps make the game better for everyone.

This game has been developed by a small independent studio with the goal of creating fun, family-friendly experiences. As a volunteer tester, you are an important part of that process.

What to do:

  1. Test the game in web browsers on your phone, tablet and desktop/laptop. The URL requires the user name and password provided in your email.
  2.  Test the game using the Windows, Mac or Linux executable files in the download directory. These executable files do not install anything on your computer, it runs the game program alone. It will save score and progress/settings data but does not install anything else.

What We're Looking For

We welcome all types of feedback, including:

  • Bugs or crashes

  • Graphics or animation issues

  • Incorrect text, spelling, or grammar

  • Audio problems

  • Performance issues (slowdowns, freezes, long loading times)

  • Confusing menus or instructions

  • Gameplay that feels unfair, confusing, or unintuitive

  • General suggestions that would improve the experience

When Reporting a Bug

The more information you can provide, the easier it is to locate and fix the problem.

Please include:

Device Information

  • Device model (PC, Mac, Android phone/tablet, etc.)

  • Operating system and version (if known)

Game Information

  • Game version (installed on computer or played in browser)

  • Level where the problem occurred (if applicable)

What Happened

  • What did you expect to happen?

  • What actually happened?

Steps to Reproduce
Please describe exactly what you were doing before the problem occurred.

For example:

  1. Open the game.

  2. Start Level 12.

  3. Swap the blue piece with the green piece.

  4. Activate a row bomb.

  5. The game freezes.

If you can make the bug happen again by following the same steps, that's especially helpful.

Screenshots and Videos

If possible, include a screenshot or short video of the issue. A picture often answers questions that are difficult to describe with words alone.

Suggestions

Not every report has to be a bug.

If you think something could be improved, we'd love to hear your ideas. Even small suggestions about menus, controls, colors, sounds, or game play can make a big difference.

Be Honest

Please don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings.

Constructive criticism is one of the most valuable gifts you can give an independent developer. If something doesn't make sense or isn't enjoyable, we'd rather know about it now so we can improve it.
